REACH is founded on the premise that networking within and outside of one's own professional arena can be mutually beneficial.

Our partnership model is built on bringing influential members of the business community and decision makers within companies together with event planners; group sales managers at event spaces, meeting venues, hotels, and catering companies; and consulting firms, all of whom may be able to offer business solutions to the challenges and tasks Executive and Personal Assistants face regularly.

Because part of REACH's mission is to provide professional development, networking, and resources to Assistants at no cost, our organization leverages networking as a basis for business development for our partners.  Varying levels of sponsorship of our events provided by our generous hosts allow us to build a large crowd of attendees to meet the sales team, conduct site visits, and get a feel for your space and services.

REACH houses an internal list of venues and vendors who have previously hosted or sponsored events for us.  Our members have access to review this list when first considering business partnership opportunities at their own jobs.  We also maintain a database of available venues and vendors for our members to rate based on their previous professional experience at their job.  We evaluate everything from professionalism and service to aesthetics, affordability, and ease of partnership.

REACH Partnership Model

As an event host, you have the opportunity to:

​

  • Showcase your event space, client service, and catering to dozens of Assistants at one event

  • Network in an informal setting with Assistants and get to know a bit more about us, personally and professionally

  • Expand your network of contacts within the business community in Chicago

  • Provide your contact information and promotional material to all of REACH membership (including those who did not attend the event) as part of recurring membership newsletter

  • Obtain space on our public website at no cost to promote your organization

  • Obtain a listing in our members-only directory of Preferred Venues, Vendors, and Partners

We encourage our hosts to consider any opportunity to expand on the partnership with REACH, including:

​

  • Providing tours of your venue during our event to small groups

  • Providing REACH-member discount codes or rates to encourage partnership

  • Providing a raffle prize at our event to collect business cards

  • Inviting up to two previous clients to join the event to offer client testimonial
