Attendance Policy

As has always been the case, REACH events are only open to current REACH members in good standing. The application process remains easy and membership is still free. Folks interested in joining REACH should click on the apply button at the top of the REACH website.

Through the generosity of our host venues and event sponsors, REACH events have always been free to attend and typically include complimentary beverages (and sometimes light appetizers). We hope to increase event attendance and more accurately plan for attendance so that our sponsors can make the most of the event and budget accordingly, thereby reducing waste.

To that end, we are implementing a new RSVP and ticketing process, which will be streamlined for attendees, improve website engagement, and hopefully allow us to continue hosting events at low or no cost to attendees.

Improved RSVP and Ticketing Process

All event attendees must be registered with the REACH website. We have a new ticketing and RSVP platform through the site. We are also implementing policies and procedures that include full- and partial-refund options for registrants who attend the event.

REACH Beyond tickets are available for purchase until 5pm on Friday, March 1. REACH Beyond ticketholders who also attend the event on March 7 will have the option to claim a full or partial refund on the purchase of their ticket (excluding the $0.25 ticketing fee imposed by the platform). Any portion of a refund not claimed will go entirely toward the cost of future REACH events.

REACH Up tickets are available for purchase until 5pm on Tuesday, March 5. REACH Up ticketholders who also attend the event on March 7 will have the option to claim up to a 50% refund on the purchase price of their ticket (excluding the $0.25 ticketing fee imposed by the platform). Purchase of a REACH Up ticket is a great way to show support for REACH and attend our events.

REACH Out tickets are available for purchase until 5pm on Thursday, March 7. The full cost of a REACH Up ticket is non-refundable, and all proceeds go toward REACH events and supporting our sponsors and partners. Purchasing a REACH Up ticket is a great way to show support for REACH, even if you are unable to attend the event!

Again, all ticket proceeds that are not refunded go entirely toward offsetting the cost of events. If you attend an event and have a great time, we hope you'll consider contributing some or all of your eligible refund in support of future REACH events.
